Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the items are in unworn condition.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
